Today Spary decided to part ways with the team. Dan was 1 of the 5 (4 now remain) original core members and in actual fact was the first person I asked to join when I decided to 'build' the team. He was the first person I clicked with in TF2 when I moved over from Counter Strike in June 2009. I'll definitely miss him loads and things wont feel the same for a little while I guess.

This leaves us with the shitty task of finding a demoman literally days before the week 1 game deadline hits us in the new season of etf2l. So because of recent events I wont discuss on here, coupled with my graphics card overheating every 20mins, Alex melting his and having to use a fx5200 card which serves him a nice portion of 20fps then deciding the internals of his pc needed teaching a fucking lesson we've pretty much been inactive for as long as I care to remember, only playing for officials and getting the very occasional PCW our form has obviously taken a slump. So not only do we need to find the best fitting demoman we can, we've got to do it running at about 30%. Which isn't going to attract the sort of player we want.
So as it stands, because Alex fucked his pc we cant even begin trialling till Weds(17th)/Thurs(18th) never mind settling back into some sort of routine. These are indeed testing times, but we're quite the avid gamers so I guess we'll have to accept it and pull through. I hope seeing through this rough couple of months by actually sticking together will pay dividends in the weeks/months to come.
